Some Bootleg from the Bardentreffen

Here is some bootleg video (courtesy of juniorschoppe) from the free Bardentreffen (Bards' Meeting) concert of Richard Thompson in beautiful downtown Nürnberg on Sunday, July 29, 2007. The weather was rainy and cool, but the music was hot, with Thompson's awesome picking and thoughtful lyrics. This song is a critique of the Iraq war entitled, "Dad's Gonna Kill Me" and is off his new album, Sweet Warrior.

If you notice the dude whose head is next to Thompson's monitor at 4:03, you can see the sad but common effects of male pattern baldness in a 40-ish gent. Gee, I didn't think it was that obvious.
