Dear Friends and Family,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for the wonderful hospitality you showed me on my visit to the United States from 17 September to 12 October. I had a great time seeing you after all these years in European exile. Although it took a trip back to make me realize that my home is no longer across the pond, but instead in the "Vaterland" that I have loved since my tenth year, I will always cherish my American roots and the friendly and familiar connections I have there. Thanks for opening your homes and hearts to me on my journey!
