Pre-Concert Partying with the Nephews

Here's a picture of my nephews, Justin (left) and Aaron with yours truly partying prior to the smashing Smashing Pumpkins show at Red Rocks near Golden, Colorado on Sunday, September 30, 2007. This was after two skanky chicks tailgating in a Chrysler PT Cruiser next to us offered me some "kick-ass Italian whiskey", as they were calling it. Never being one to deny the offer of a free shot, I partook. One of those chicks snapped this picture.

The concert was just like the shot: kick ass. Here's a video from the evening, featuring Billy Corgan doing a killer acoustic version of "1979".
